I have spent the last few days looking for a suitable replacement for the mailing list system that we were previously using. I was thinking about just using the forum to send out the emails, however that would have meant that I lost the ability to send HTML messages – so you won’t get to see a nice looking email. I then thought about getting a script similar to what we were previously using, where you get a nicely styled message each time there is an update. I then thought about using a system like Feedburner, where you enter your email address and you will receive an email each time their is a new blog post posted.

So after much thinking I decided that the best way to go was to use Feedburner. So I got everything set up and now If you wish to get notified each time there is a new update, then you can easily do so by visiting the mailing list page and filling out the simple form.
